Don't worry! Packages don't necessarily mean cookie-cutter basic. Our Event Center offers 'extras' in our wedding packages that go above and beyond the basics. Lessen your planning stress with an all-inclusive package that crosses off several wedding items in one fell swoop!

What does an all inclusive package actually include?

It depends! Every wedding is different and there is no such thing as a “standard” all-inclusive. At The Hidden Spot RVA Event Center not only is your wedding venue taken care of, BUT your catering, wedding coordinating, décor, DJ, uplighting and everything in between are covered, too.

How much does an all inclusive wedding package cost?

As stated, Every wedding is different and of course, that will depend on the services you are requesting, your guest count, your decor choice, your food choices, photography/videography option and your design.

Typically, all- inclusive wedding packages are quoted in terms of a venue rental portion and a per-person portion. Ex: Venue Rental $3000.00 - which includes DJ, staff, set up & clean up + $53.00 per guest- which includes basic decor & basic dinner menu (2 meats, 2 veggies, 2 starches, roll, beverage) + up to 22% state/county taxes & service fees.

What if I only want part of the package? Is there such a thing as an almost-all-inclusive package?

If you have special requests, we will work with you to make sure your package is tailored to your particular needs.

Our micro wedding packages are normally one-size-fits-all packages and isn’t really that negotiable. HOWEVER, just ask, we may have a promotion running.

How do I get the most out of my all-inclusive wedding package?

First, make sure to look closely at your proposal to see what’s included and what’s not. Make sure to budget for any necessary items that aren’t included. If, for example, the package doesn’t include a videographer, cake cutting, or a dance floor, you’ll need to add these to your budget and your to-do list, if those items are apart of your wedding vision.

Second, take advantage of everything that’s included! If the package includes a DJ, plan to use those funds elsewhere and send in that playlist for your special song requests.

Finally, relax and have fun! By opting for an all-inclusive package, you’ve just freed up lots of time to really enjoy the process!
