No events are the same and neither are their needs. At The Hidden Spot, RVA we want to provide you with the services that work perfectly for you and your own personal style. We have a couple of different ways that we can assist you.  For those that know what they want, we have created service packages with our most popular service offerings bundled together with one convenient price.  If one of those does not work for you, we can plan from scratch and come up with a plan that meets your needs.  Here’s how we do it: 

 First, we send a questionnaire to discover those needs, wants, wishes and what tends to keep you up at night when thinking about planning your event.

 Soon after, we sit down together, go more in-depth and create your custom service package.  Take a look at our packages and let us know what fits you best, or if you would like to create something that fits you like a glove. 

Remember, you’re in the driver’s seat. Your event day is about you or the special person you are planning it for, and we want you to enter into our venue feeling like your dreams have come true.
